29 Mar: Upper TCV Class XII Sc Students and TCV Bylakuppe observed its Graduation Day on 29 March 2010 amidst great joy and jubilation. We hope our students did well in their All India Board Examination and that will decide part of their future destination...Good College/Universities always wants better students with higher marks!

Mrs. Tsering Lhamo who worked as Nurse in Upper TCV for many years and now working in the Health Section of the Tibet Charity, Dharamsala was the Chief Guest during the day. She was also the 1st women TCV Class X graduate way back in 1978 amongst many boys.

More than one hundred Graduating students were offered traditional scarves and advised on various aspects of life as they are about to embark upon different journey in their life...They will be spread across the Indian Colleges/Universities like beans based on their aptitude, ability and marks...the students will go on to find and make their destinations of life. After that, they all took a group photo and very delicious dinner was served in the evening and everyone bid adieu to each other before they retire to their bed. TCV Wishes all the students a very successful and prosperous life ahead.

10 Mar: Children and Staff of Tibetan Children's Village Schools joined the 51st Tibetan National Uprising Day on 10 March at Tsuklagkhang, Dharamsala on the morning of 10 March 2010.

His Holiness the Dalai Lama along with Kalon Tripa and other leaders were present at Tsuklagkhang to address the gathering and encourage them to continue working on Tibet's Freedom/Sovereignty through Peace and Non-Violent Approach.

Thousands of Children, Tibetan public as well as many Indian and foreign friends and supporters showed up on the day to join the procession from Tsuklagkhang to Kacheri.
